Colorado Refugee Wellness Center

The Colorado Refugee Wellness Center is an integrated care clinic offering culturally responsive medical and mental health services to refugees. STRIDE (primary care organization) provides initial refugee medical screenings in partnership with Aurora Mental Health Center which offers mental health screenings. Ongoing behavioral and primary healthcare are also provided. Health Navigators from many of the refugee communities served offer interpretation, care coordination, and other resources.
