Youth Crisis Intervention Intern

Connect. Empower. Promote Stability. As a Youth Crisis Intervention Intern, you will assist the Youth Program Manager in coordinating and providing linguistically and culturally appropriate services for crisis intervention and stabilization of refugee cases. Provide intensive case management in all aspects of family stabilization services including but not limited to: domestic violence/sexual assault, mental health, LGBTQ services, child welfare, court cases, substance abuse, and financial crisis concerns. ECDC African Community Center of Denver (ECDC ACC) was established in 2001 as a program office of the Ethiopian Community Development Council (ECDC). Over its 17-year history, ECDC ACC has served over 6,000 refugees, asylum seekers, special immigrant visa holders, and Cuban parolees.
